We’ll take those bills, please.

When you sign up with us, we get set up with the utility providers to receive your bills. Each month, the providers give us a spreadsheet of all of our customers’ bills, and we combine them to create your BearBill. Your paper bills will still come in the mail, but DON‘T PAY THOSE BILLS! Your BearBill payment will be made automatically, unless you opt to pay us by check, and we’ll pay the providers directly in return. BearBills will always have your bills covered on time, and you’ll be paying the same amount that you would be if you added up all the bills yourself. You can check it with your copies if you really want to.

BearBills will have your checking account or credit card information. It is stored securely, and used only to pay your BearBill amount each month, or as a backup in case you forget a payment. This helps us keep your service free, makes life easy for you, and helps make sure your roommates pay their part so you don’t have to.

You’ll be able to see transactions made from BearBills, and will be able to view online every BearBill you’ve received and paid. You have every copy of your bill, you can see every payment made, and you can rest assured knowing we want the best deal for you. We don’t make money from you, but from the utility providers.

You only have to log in online!

On your Bill Day each month, we’ll post your combined BearBill online for you to view. You can log in, check your bill, and then see when it’s paid. If you’re paying by check, you’ll have ten days to get it in to us. If you’re using automatic payment, you’ll have five days’ notice before your bill is paid. Have your checking or credit card accounts fully funded and up to date, and then watch your bills paid with no effort from you.

All of your information is confidential and for a purpose.

Your financial and personal information are used for your utilities, and nothing else. We don’t give your information to anyone but you, and we only ask for what is necessary for your utilities. Your payment information is on file to facilitate the easiest and surest payment of your bills, to keep your utilities running, and to protect your credit.

How does BearBills get paid again?

We receive commission from the utility providers for the service that we bring them. We make life easy for you, we bring utility providers more customers, and we get paid too. Everyone wins, and everything stays FREE for you!
